We allow students as long as they need to complete their chosen course(s). There are NO deadlines so you can work at your own pace.

How do I access the training manual and training videos?       

Once you have purchased an online course, we ask you to sign up for a free account via our website.

Once this has been done you can access our online training portal, enabling you to begin.

How much support should I expect?                                       

A tutor will be assigned to each student once a course has been purchased.

Your tutor will be available during working hours, 5 days a week. Contactable via email, WhatsApp or text.

Your tutor will aim to respond within 24 hours (between 9-5).

How long does it take to pass?                                             

Students have completed a course within 1 day in the past. The time it takes depends on how much time you can dedicate to learning. There are no deadlines so you can work at your own pace.

Are the courses accredited?                                                 

Yes. Our online and face to face courses are all insurance accredited. Meaning you can obtain professional liability insurance once you have passed the course. 

We are insurance accredited by Westminster Global and Towergate. 

Our tutors are CPD accredited.

Is there a minimum age?                                                     

You can enrol onto one of our training courses at any age but the minimum age to be able to purchase insurance is 16.

Do I need any prior training or experience?                           

No, you do not need to have any experience working with hair extensions. We train students from many different  backgrounds. We train both beginners, hairdressers, and existing hair extension technicians.
